Monthly Professional Development sessions for special educators to sharpen their knowledge of special education processes and compliance. Sessions will focus on best practices and compliance in special education. Each session will include access to resources, allow for networking and collaboration, provide scenario based learning, and strengthen everyday decision making.
- How do I NOT overwhelm students with disabilities during state testing? How do I ensure my students' IEP are easy for others to follow?
- Session includes best practices and resources on the Ohio Accessibility Manual, state testing accommodations (these are not the same as calssroom accommodations). avoiding test anxiety, and crisis plans.
