Aspiring Superintendent Network
-
ESC of Eastern Ohio
Intended Audience: Administrators
The Aspiring Superintendent Network is a professional learning series designed for administrators who hold or are pursuing a Superintendent License. Through eight interactive sessions from September to June, participants will engage in hands-on, job-embedded learning co-facilitated by experienced educational leaders. Each session emphasizes real-world application, leadership development, and in-depth dialogue—prioritizing practice over theory. Aligned with Ohio Superintendent Standards and enriched by the insights of current superintendents, the program includes options for Ashland graduate credit or CEUs and culminates in an action research project grounded in district-level leadership.
