NOTICE OF Special BOARD MEETING

Governing Board of the Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio

July 9, 2026, 4:30 p.m.

In accordance with R.C. 3313.16 and R.C. 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code and other applicable laws; the Treasurer of the Governing Board of the Mahoning County ESC (“Board”) hereby serves written notice that a Special Meeting of the Board is called for July 9, 2026, 4:30 p.m. at 7320 N. Palmyra Rd. Canfield, Ohio 44406 in Room 130A.

The Special Meeting will be held for the following business purposes:

• To consider the employment contracts of four Intervention Specialists, one Preschool Intervention Specialist, one SSTR5 Preschool Special Education Consultant, one Special Education Supervisor, and one Instructional Specialist.
• To consider the resignations of two Special Education Supervisors, two Intervention Specialists, one SSTR5 Consultant, and one Preschool Intervention Specialist.

Board action will be taken in the open session.
