HELP ME GROW

Help Me Grow provides free services for expectant mothers and families of children under the age of three. Through an intensive home visiting model and early intervention services, Help Me Grow promotes child development and school readiness, encourage positive parenting, prevent child abuse and neglect, and improve maternal and child health.

 

FOR FIRST TIME EXPECTANT MOTHERS 

Care and support for first-time mothers-to-be through the child's second birthday with Nurse-Family Partnership.

 

 

FOR FAMILIES EXPECTING TO AGE THREE

Home visiting program to promote healthy growth and development for babies and toddlers through Healthy Families America.

 

FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN FROM BIRTH TO AGE FIVE

Parents as Teachers builds strong communities, thriving families, and children who are healthy, safe, learning, and ready for school.

 

EARLY INTERVENTION 

Evaluations and services for children with developmental delays or disabilities with Help Me Grow Early Intervention.

 

HOW TO ENROLL

Getting an evaluation or enrolling in Help Me Grow programs is easy. You don't have to wait for a physician or other individual to get a referral to any of these programs - you can enroll your own family today!

We provide Help Me Grow outreach and central coordination for eleven counties including: Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Portage, Stark, Summit, Holmes, Wayne, Medina, Ashland, and Richland counties.
