Our Help Me Grow home visitation is a voluntary service offered at no cost to families. We utilize the Healthy Families America evidence-based home visiting model to promote the healthy growth and development for babies and young children. Our home visitors offer support to mothers and their families, and after the baby is born by providing education and information on pregnancy and parenting-related topics.

Whether its how to soothe your crying baby, how to manage sleep (yours included) or how to deal with the stresses of parenting, home visitors listen to your needs and concerns.  We empower you to make your own decisions about what is best for you and your baby.
