Help Me Grow Home Visiting Services
Through the support of a Family Support Specialist, enrolled families receive an evidence-based, no cost home visiting program designed to help parents and caregivers support their child's development from the prenatal stage through kindergarten. The support provided focuses on positive parent-child interactions, development-centered parenting, and overall family well-being.
Nurse Family Partnership
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) works to positively impact and transform the lives of pregnant individuals and their babies through a proven home visiting model. By connecting families with specially educated and equipped home-visiting nurses, NFP provides support during pregnancy and earliest years of a child’s life. This trusted relationship makes a measurable, long-term impact on the entire family— children are healthy, and families can thrive.
School Social Work
The ESC School Social Work Program supports schools, students, families, and professionals by connecting them with valuable resources, training, and services that promote student well-being and success. The program provides access to School Social Work Services, the Mahoning Valley School Social Worker Network (MVSSN), QPR suicide prevention training, school counselor resources and information, and professional development opportunities.
